Convert a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA

To transfer an existing traditional IRA into a Portfolio 21 Roth IRA:
1. Print and fill out an IRA application
In section 3. "Type of IRA" select "Roth IRA account"
In section 4. "Type of Contribution" select "Conversion of existing Traditional IRA to Roth IRA"
2. Print and fill out an IRA transfer form
In section 5. "Conversion of Traditional IRA to Roth IRA," check the box
3. Mail
Mail both to the address provided on the application
To convert an existing Portfolio 21 IRA into a Portfolio 21 Roth IRA:
1. Print and fill out an IRA transfer form
In section 5. "Conversion of Traditional IRA to Roth IRA," check the box
2. Mail
Mail to the address provided on the application
