Transfer an IRA

You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the Applications. If you do not already have Adobe® Acrobat®, visit Adobe's Acrobat page to download a free copy of Acrobat Reader and for information on installing and using Acrobat.
To transfer an existing IRA into a Portfolio 21 IRA:
1. Print and fill out an IRA application
In section 4. "Type of Contribution" select "Transfer"
2. Print and fill out an IRA transfer application
3. Mail
Mail both to the address provided on the application
To transfer an existing Roth IRA into a Portfolio 21 Roth IRA:
1. Print and fill out an IRA application
In section 3. "Type of IRA" select "Roth IRA"
In section 4. "Type of Contribution" select "Transfer"
2. Print and fill out an IRA transfer form
3. Mail
Mail both to the address provided on the application
