Local Economies Income Fund (LEIF) is a private fixed income fund investing in regional bonds that support positive projects, community bank CDs, and private loans secured by real property to businesses that are engaged in building sustainable local economies.

LEIF's geographic focus is the greater Pacific Northwest (including Northern California). Many of the fund's holdings are taxable municipal bonds from this region.
